If the product is defective or otherwise different than ordered on our site (wrong color, wrong product, wrong size), we will cover return S/H costs, and will send a replacement product or refund at no additional cost to you.
If the product is functional and as promised, but you would still like to return/exchange the product, we will do so, but return S/H (inc. Customs Duties/Tax) costs will be covered by you.
To be eligible for a return in this case, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of either refund or new item shipped!
- Refund can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account (depending on your bank/credit card)
- Clothing items include a sizing guide in the product description to make for easy size choices. Returns cannot be given in cases where customers have not read or have misread the size guide.
- Items bought using either a discount code or with a blue "Sale" icon on product image cannot be returned or exchanged unless, upon delivery (within 48 hours), the product is defective or not as described.
